Ingredients
- 1 cup labneh
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 4 smoked trout fillets, skinned, coarsely shredded
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the labneh, shallots, olive oil, dill and scallions. Season with salt and pepper.
Gently fold in the smoked trout.
Serve with pita chips or crackers.
